What we do:

Carmel by the Sea Rotary club is fortunate to have one of the largest endowment funds of any Rotary club in the entire US- our committee awards the investment proceeds from our Club’s endowment fund to the most deserving charitable causes located both in Monterey County and internationally.

Committee updates & latest news:

We have most recently made significant grants in support of the fresh water RI Global Grant projects in both Thailand and El Salvador, as well as grants in support of Monterey Museum of Art, Carmel Mission Foundation, Carmel High sober grad night, the Breast Cancer Assistance Group, the Alzheimers Association, Carmel Youth baseball, Court Appointed Special Advocates for children, Mission Trail Preserve, and Monterey Jazz festival- in addition, we became the first club in District 5230 to donate to Rotary International’s new Ukraine refugee relief fund- total of our grants made over the last 6 months was $71,000.
