We make an effort to publicize, both internally and externally, the good works our club is involved in. By doing so, we hope to increase member engagement and attract new members to the club

Create and document a reliable marketing and promotion process

• Communicate internally (newsletter & website) and externally (PR & website)

• Calendar regular/expected events and create a promotion rhythm of the business for Carmel by the Sea Rotary

• Create KPIs (key performance indicators – funds raised, attendance etc) for each of our major events or activities
